Jon Ferency
Jon Ferency is the Chief Development Officer of Corporate and Foundation Relations for the College of Engineering. Prior to working for the College of Engineering, Jon worked for Roche as a Finance Business Manager. With Boilermaker Consulting Group, Jon serves as our official SAO advisor.

Jeff Powers
Jeff Powers is a former IBM business development executive with P&L experience and in-depth experience with sales, IT consulting, product marketing, and operations. He is currently an Executive-in-the-Classroom for the Krannert School of Management and an adjunct lecturer for the Executive MBA program. He is a member of the Krannert School Alumni Association Board and an advisor to Purdue Foundry companies, Purdue Polytechnic High School, and various student organizations.
Mary Slater
Mary Slater currently works as a Business Excellence Manager for Shell TechWorks. Her previous assignments within Shell span Shell Strategy, Chemicals and Lubricants businesses in a variety of roles including strategy consulting, sales, business analytics, supply chain and project management. Mary currently serves on the Krannert School Alumni Association (KSAA) board and has previously served as an advisory board member for Purdue’s College of Health and Human Sciences.
Sean Maroney
Sean Maroney currently works as the First Mile Supply Chain Operations Leader for Amazon. Sean has held key manufacturing and logistics leadership positions in consumer-packaged goods with Fortune 500 companies. He has experience in continuous improvement, new product commercialization, engineering, organizational design, M&A, and supply chain strategy to name a few.
Don Mackay
Don MacKay is currently retired but worked with Sears Holdings for 19 years, last holding the positions of Director of Business Integration and Director of Pricing for the SHC Homes Services group. Don also coordinated the SHC recruiting efforts at Purdue.Prior to joining SHC Don held a number of positions with Circuit City, Montgomery Ward and Xerox.
Harshit Juneja
Harshit Juneja works for the Molex Engineering Rotation Program, currently, as a Product Manager in his second six month rotation. He graduated with distinction from Purdue University in 2019 receiving a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. While still an undergrad at Purdue, he participated in a co-op program working in Product Development for Molex.
Roger Stewart
Roger Stewart is currently retired, but is the former Vice President of Global Treasury of Proctor and Gamble, where he worked for 30 years. Roger is currently an Executive Fellow at Purdue as well as a Student Affairs Specialist. He advises Mortar Board, Iron Key, and Old Masters.
Matt Bauke
Matt Bauke is a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain Management at West Monroe. Prior to working for West Monroe, Matt worked for Shell as a Supply Chain Analyst. Matt graduated from Krannert School of Management in 2016 with a B.S. in Management and Operations and Supply Chain.
Ellen Holland
Ellen Holland is the President of Strategic Risk Frameworks. Ellen graduated from Purdue University with a B.S in Agricultural Economics and a Minor in Finance, she then received a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Denver.
Ragiv Poughat
Ragiv Poughat currently works for Eli Lily and Company as an Global Information Sciences Advisor. Prior to this position, Ragiv worked for IBM as Chief Technology Officer for the Automotive Industry. Ragiv received a B.S in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University and an MBA from the Kelley Business school at IU.

Thomas McDuffee is a retired SR VP of Human Resources.
